   Yep. Not a fan of the Vista. Ubuntu is actually very cool and painless for the most part.

   The price is surely right…

   Thread-jack in progress, but I’m an Ubuntu fan, as well. It’s my RAID5 network server/home webserver/bittorrent client/source code control/nightly backup/shell environment paradise. All for about $650. And that was after I sprang for a really nice case that cost about $75 extra.
