“Preliminary results show that a majority of the 105 state convention delegates who have been elected ran on a statewide pro-life uncommitted slate,” Villere said. “I congratulate the candidates and supporters of this group on their victory and look forward to working with them to keep our Party platform pro-life at the state and national conventions,” he said.
Unfortunately, in line with Louisiana’s apparent penchant for corruption, the organizers wouldn’t allow any of the Caucus delegates who registered with the Republican Party between 11/1/2007 and the deadline, 11/30/2007, to vote for their candidate of choice, but allowed them only to submit ballots as ‘uncommitted’. (The list of delegates the Party organizers were working from was compiled 11/01/2007, and in their mind, that was close enough.)
Also, as Ron Paul was the only candidate who had a full slate of delegates, this prompted the Louisiana Republican Party to bend the rules just a little bit and help some of the other candidates scramble to fill their slates after the deadline for doing so had passed. ABC News’ coverage of the “boondoggle in the bayou” may be found here.
I’ve read a saying about Louisiana: half the state is under water, the other half is under indictment…

Thanks for the link, Frank. Seven pages of polls, and yet, not one mention of Louisiana. Something they don’t want you to know?

Frank, I’ve trimmed some coax cable lately with the radio shack tool. It was fun actually. But why are you doing it? I thought you said that you only use rabbit ears and netflix on your tv. Are you laying cable? LOL!
Did you figure out a way to tap into your neighbor’s coax? If so, give us some tips.

Buy this wireless router,
Optionally, you can turn it into a $600 router like this.
Get yourself one of these, and you’re good to go.
And if you need one of these, they’re cheap and easy to make.

What I’m suggesting is that with WiFi, you can move your desktop computer wherever you’d like without running cables. Just set the router up where the cable is, and connect to it by wireless.
From your post a few comments ago, I’m thinking you’ve got cabling problems?
